On Saturday, November 5, The Hollywood Volunteer Rescue Squad held it's 41st Annual Installation of Officers at the Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department. This event gives the Rescue Squad a chance to recognize members accomplishments over the past year and is a chance to thank our volunteers along with installing our new Executive, Operations and Auxiliary Officers into their positions. Outgoing President Stanley J. Williams, Jr. presented a Special Recognition Award to Jay Armsworthy for his assistance on our annual Bluegrass Festival and presented the President's Award to April Johnson.
Outgoing Chief William Johnson presented the Chief's award to Brandi Shymansky and Rookie of the Year to Terri Van Asdlen.
Cadet Jenny Payne received the award for Cadet of the Year.
Squad Member of the Year was presented to Barbara Wible.
Auxiliary Member of the year was presented to Brenda Pruett.
